Care instructions

Our items are made of soft metals which will scratch and acquire a worn patina over time. Copper, bronze, and brass items will naturally darken in color as they age.

Some items are shipped with a complimentary polishing pad. This can be used to remove light scratches or to restore metals to their original color.

To restore the original satin finish, give your jewelry a few swipes with a piece of #0000 super-fine steel wool (available at any hardware store). Be sure to swipe in the same direction as the finish that has already been applied.

Sizing details

We offer chains in a variety of sizes. 18 inches is a standard size for a woman, while 16 inches may be preferred by a teenager or a woman looking for a choker length necklace. 20 and 22 inches are standard sizes for men. If you're not sure what size to order, you may want to measure a necklace you already have to see what length is right for you.

Custom and personalized orders

We love getting creative and inventing new pieces for people! Please let us know if there are customizations you'd like to make to an existing piece, or if you have a brand new idea. Most symbols, fonts, charms, and metal shapes you see in the shop can be mixed and matched to create a unique and custom piece of jewelry.

Stamping on the back

Unfortunately, most of our items can be stamped on one side only. This is because the stamping on one side shows through on the other side.

French stamping

We can stamp all items in English or in French!

Custom order text requirements

If a customized order is sent without any text specifications, we will attempt to contact you for your text. If we do not get a reply within 30 days of the order date, your order will be canceled and refunded.
